Review: I’ve been using this for about a month as a replacement for the built-in Android TV in my rented apartment, which was unbearably slow and frustrating. The Xiaomi TV Box has been excellent so far.It even comes with Xiaomi TV+, which offers plenty of free channels ranging from sports to movies. The user interface is smooth and intuitive, and I had no issues installing apps outside of Google Play (if you know, you know).Streaming performance has been surprisingly good — even when connected to my phone’s hotspot, which rarely gets full 5G signal. I love that I can set the TV to turn on and off automatically with the TV box, so I only need one remote.Bluetooth connectivity works flawlessly with my Sony WH-1000XM4, and the sound quality is superb, especially with Dolby and Atmos support on Netflix. External hard drives also work great when paired with VLC.Overall, this product delivers excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you don’t want to buy a new smart TV or if your current one is too slow to be enjoyable.
