Title: Excellent Smart TV, great quality and price
Review: The Hisense Smart Fire TV 40″ exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is clear with vibrant colors, the Fire TV system is fast and easy to use, and having Alexa built-in makes everything more convenient. The design is modern and sleek. The sound is good for everyday use, but with a soundbar it gets even better. Overall, a great purchase with excellent value for money. Highly recommended

Title: Very fine quality TV
Review: I was cautiously optimistic about purchasing from Hisense. I I didn’t know much about the company. But, I am very happy with this purchase. I bought it for use in my bedroom. It was light weight and easy to place on top of my chest of drawers which is chest high to me. Set up was a breeze. I was able to access many of my frequently used apps. The interface is the same as other fire TVs I have owned. The screen quality is very sharp both near and farther away. I purposely held out for Prime Day to get a deal on a 1080p model. I’m happy that I did.

Title: Can’t beat the price
Review: Okay, who remembers when TVs this size were over $500?? Less than $200 for this bad boy, and it was worth every penny! I decided to buy one for our primary bedroom. The picture quality is great for the price, and the sound isn’t terrible! Only downside in my opinion is the remote. It’s a typical fire tv remote, so we’ve already lost it. Upside is you can download a fire tv remote app on your phone. I’ve been using it for about 2 months now and so far haven’t experienced any lagging or freezing. The brightness is also great! I just wish I could ask Alexa to turn it off and on lol. Definitely repurchasing for my spare room!

Title: A good TV
Review: I read the many negative reviews on this Smart TV but bought it anyway as I have a 65 inch Hisense which works great. First off, all of the main apps are available: Disney, Hulu, ESPN, Max, MGM, Peacock and Prime. They were easy to load and log into. I am running off WiFi and was a bit disappointed at no LAN input. I am well away from a major city and also hooked up my outdoor antenna. That worked just fine and I have more over the air channels than ever. The picture and the sound are good. The remote is standard for a Fire TV and audio commands are effective. I am used to the Fire TV aspect of this and find it easy to navigate. The on sale price for the TV ($140) is quite a deal for a 40 inch set.All in all I am pleased. It doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles of my 65 inch Hisense, but that’s not what this set is about. It is fine for a small room and a great value for the money.

Title: Game mode
Review: I was looking for a tv to complete my man cave set up. I didn’t want something to big or to small, this was the perfect size and specs for my budget. The minimal input lag was a plus and the resolution is perfect for me.

Title: READ MY REVIEW
Review: NOTE: Beyond the review I submitted below, I have to take one star off for two reasons. 1. It seems like the sound drops off if you let the TV go to sleep then wake it back up later. To get the sound back you just have to go into the side menu, select Sound, then change your sound setting and it comes right back. 2. I can see a bit of a white hot spot along the top edge on the right side of the screen. Not terrible, but noticeable when watching widescreen movies. I would return/exchange this TV but I can’t get another in where I live without a hassle so just going to live with these two issues until I move out or sell it to someone else….. I guess in the end I have to give this TV 4 stars. I wish now I would have bought a Roku TV instead. Seems that if you buy a Fire TV it expects to always be connected to the internet and streaming but where I’m at right now I can’t. Typical Amazon remote, which I guess I don’t have a lot of complaints about. Very light weight. Menus are pretty intuitive. One thing I wish it had that a Roku TV has is the “resume” feature when you’re watching movies or TV from a data stick. I miss that from other TVs. Picture quality is excellent. USB port is labeled “2.0” but it is compatible with 3.0 sticks. You just have to back out to the Main Menu and go back in. TV Favorites function is also a bit weak over the Roku TV. We have a secured wifi here I can’t access and the minute I tried to connect the TV would bug me every 6 minutes like clockwork trying to connect interrupting what I was watching. There’s no “forget” function in the wifi, so you have to go in again and “cancel” or “back out” of the selection to try to get the TV to stop bugging you. I can’t argue for the price and free shipping, especially since this TV is 1080p versus 720p but not sure if I would even notice the difference. Given the option, go with the Roku. But based on price, this is still a very good TV.

Review: The Hisense 40A4NF 40″ Smart 1080p FHD Fire TV completely transformed my living room movie nights. The picture quality feels crisp and vibrant, with colors that pop and details that stay sharp whether I’m gaming, streaming, or watching late-night reruns. At 1080p, everything looks clean and smooth without any fuss. The built-in Fire TV features are a total win. All my favorite streaming apps are right there from the start, and navigating them feels quick and effortless. The remote has Alexa built in, which means I get to feel futuristic while changing shows hands-free. Laziness upgraded!Sound quality surprised me in the best way. I expected something simple, but it actually fills the room nicely for a TV this size. Setup was incredibly easy: plug it in, connect Wi-Fi, and boom…ready for popcorn. This 2025 model hits the sweet spot between performance and value. It looks fantastic, works smoothly, and makes entertainment feel fun again. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a great smart TV without spending a fortune! 🍿📺✨
