Title: Perfect Canvas TV!
Review: I’ve had the 75” CanvasTV for about 3 months now. It is by far my favorite TV I’ve ever had or even that I’ve seen anyone have!Color:The colors on the screen are very vibrant when using it to watch shows or to play video games (which is my primary use). It’s HDR compatible so everything looks very crisp and vibrant when needed, and accurately dark when appropriate. When it’s in the art/canvas mode, the screen looks matte like a real painting, which was one of the biggest draws for me to this style of TV. Was very impressed when I saw it in person after setting it up.Latency:Again, I use this mostly to play video games on my PS5. The TV supports 144hz refresh reset, and the PS5 is compatible for up to 120 if I’m not mistaken. All the games I’ve played so far had no noticeable lag or input delay, so this TV scores perfect marks in this area!Functionality and features:This TV is very neat. There are a ton of features and customization options to enhance your experience for whatever you are using the TV for. There are game modes, frame rate fill ins (to make videos look smoother) and more to suit your needs. When in the canvas mode, there are hundreds of art pieces or photos that you can choose from and favorite to see more often. You can also add your own photos if you want a more personal touch. Conclusion:All in all, this TV has been amazing to play around with and to use and is way more than worth picking up. If it’s been on your mind to check out a canvas-style TV, this one should be at the top of your list to look at.

Title: Art Mode Doesn’t Require Internet!
Review: Awesome TV! You don’t need to connect the TV to the internet to enjoy Art Mode. You have the option for Basic TV which includes Live TV and External Devices. Google TV doesn’t have the parental controls we were looking for, however we do have it through our 4K firestick. It’s nice to have the option to not have to run everything through the TV’s OS for added Security and control. Setup was very easy. I was a touch off because our wall isn’t completely level. Colors pop more to me with the Matte display. I was afraid I wouldn’t like it. TV seems very sturdy and durable hanging on the wall. I was able to cut my power receptacle behind my TV to help it sit more flush to give the illusion that it’s a painting. I love the free art that comes with Art Mode. Very cool it comes pre loaded on the TV without having to connect to the internet. Way to go Hisense

Title: Great TV, Great Price, Better than a Frame
Review: I own two Samsung Frame TVs and this one matches the quality, style, and function. It beats the Frame with the user interface experience (Frame is putting ads on the menu screen). Save yourself some money and aggravation go with the Hisense. Especially if you are going to use the tv for streaming, Frame does have the remote head box to attach other inputs like game systems and streaming boxes, so slight advantage if you are going to hook up lots of inputs. Overall great product, would definitely bite over the Frame TV if I had to purchase again. (Hopefully they don’t get greedy and ruin the experience by forcing advertising on menus; a premium tv shouldn’t function like a free ad supported tv).

Title: Amazing but needs planning for install
Review: Game changer, it really is a piece of art instead of black screen. Very slim and flush to the wall , same as a painting, so you need to recess the plug.. also you need to run hdmi from the side of the inputs there no room for extra cable hanging out behind. So do your home work. If facing the screen , the hdmi aerial and audio are left side.. power is on the right side. Only negative is sound quality is fine but needs sound bar but you need to plan how that will fit and hide cable.

Title: Better than the Samsung Frame
Review: I have a Samsung Frame as well but wanted a bigger TV so I bought the Hisense Canvas. It is absolutely fantastic and frankly, it’s much better than the Samsung Frame. Quality is great, picture is great and the interface works great as well. I have no complaints and again-its better than the Samsung Frame-hands down.

Title: updated review week three
Review: Week three updated review: I love the art display on this TV. It makes it fun and interesting. I will be buying three more eventually.Updated review: with this tv you can download the Frame Crop (art tv) App. It makes it easy to expand your art collection, save it and then download it to your Hisense Art TV. I am really enjoying this art tv this far on week two.Pros: Bought this specifically for the art display, and will eventually have other custom digital art work on display. It is beautiful and does really well in the room that it is in, considering how many lights this room has.If you didn’t know it was a TV, you would think it was an actual piece of artwork. Which was exactly why we bought this.Cons: Install instructions are poor. Customer service from Hisense is non-existent. The phone number they provide says to contact whomever you bought it from.Helpful hints:This only comes with a white power cord. If you want a HTMI cord, Cat6 cord, etc. you will need to buy them and have them ready for your install.Mounting : locate the studs (I use three different stud finders to cross check). Once studs are identified, mark on walls. Use painters tape to outline on the wall, where you want the tv to go.When you have the tv on a LEVEL and flat surface , attach the two brackets – making sure they are plumb and level. Then attach (a dry-fit) the mounting bracket on the back of the tv that is laying down on its flat surface. Measure sides, top and bottom of where the bracket is in relation to the tv dimensions. Remove the mounting bracket. It has strong magnets , so you may have to pry it off.Go back to the wall now. Locate where you have marked the stud locations. Move the template around on your wall, so that you can attach the mounting bracket in the holes that have horizontal slots WHERE you will attach to STUDS. You may have to move the location of your TV in order to mount this on studs. It is a very heavy tv. I would NOT personally recommend mounting this unless you have a solid surface (stud, masonry) to attach to. They give you six lag screws. Pre drill, using a much smaller drill bit than the screw itself. The screw has a Philips head (screw-strip opportunity there) and a hex head. Have both a hex head and Phillips head to work these in. There are smaller holes, where I attached cabinet screws (which by the way, have the sheer strength of a lag screw)as they were also in studs. You will never regret putting in more screws – but you may regret not putting in enough.I used painters tape to mark on the back of the tv where the recessed receptacle box was located – so I would have a tail of about four inches of power cord exactly where it should be. I painters taped the power cord, HDMI and Cat 6 cords being careful to only secure them where there were no vent holes. This tv is HEAVY. Much heavier than normal tv’s for some reason. You will need two people to mount this tv. It took three attempts to connect it. We had a 2” rubber mat set down below the mounting surface , which proved to be a good – safe place to set it in between our attempts to hang it. Once we had it hung, we pulled it back from the top a few inches and double checked to make sure it was attached on all of the brackets. Also, make sure you mount it so that you have no obstructions on the bottom left corner of the tv. In our case, we have an electric fireplace below it, so we had to make sure we had the clearance .Once powered up, the tv took some time to upload. After a hour we came back and were able to go through the steps to set up.We have a re-occurring problem in that the Hisense Remote has taken control of the other TV in the room. Nothing in the trouble shooting, manual, or on line mentions this problem/solution.Overall, at day two, it is a 50/50 at this point. If I can resolve the Alpha-take -over-of-the -other-tv with the Hisense remote, I would be a lot happier.Hisense needs (especially at this price point) someone (a person would be nice) to answer questions. I give them a zero on that. I did call Amazon but he too was un able to help and suggested that I call Hisense, which I had already done. The good ol’ pointing fingers game….I will update this review once I am able to find someone to assist with the Hisense Remote take over.I do like the art. I have the timer set to rotate my favorite images every 20 minutes. It will shut off if no one is in the room, and when you come back to the room it comes back on.There was one other brand (on Amazon) that had the art tv. At this point, I think I would have been better off going with that one. Simply for the reason, that I like to have someone to answer questions , especially if they have poor instructions.I will update more further down the road

Review: The picture is fabulous, especially in the art mode (the oils especially look 3D, to the point I want to reach out and touch the “ridges” in the “paint”). We made a list of Favorites that rotates through every 5 minutes so we have time to look at a picture, but still get a variety. Unlike the Samsung Frame, there is plenty of artwork to choose from for free. I haven’t tried uploading any personal photos yet.The matte screen makes a HUGE difference with glare, although when there is full sun from the south and west windows it is still better to pull a blind. (The photo was taken in full sun with only a sheer blind over the window, and the brightness turned up to about 20)I thought I may need to purchase a sound bar, but the speakers are beyond what we need for living room use. Between that and using WiFi for streaming, I am very happy to be able to mount this like a picture and have NO wires running from behind. Even with the 90 degree plug and flat mount, it still pushed out an extra inch or so from the wall so we did purchase a recessed outlet to get it completely flush with the wall. Overall we are very happy with this Canvas TV!

Review: The matte finish is really impeccable. And I really enjoy the aesthetic! The only caveat is the automatic light sensor gets turned on every time I go to art mode which causes my screen to flicker which is super annoying. Hisense really needs to provide a software update to fix that
