Title: Great Budget-Friendly Smart TV with Vibrant Picture
Review: I’ve been using the Hisense 40-Inch QD4 Series for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with what you get for the price. The picture quality is bright and colorful thanks to the QLED panel—perfect for streaming movies and shows in Full HD. The slim bezel gives it a modern, clean look, and it doesn’t take up much space.Setup was easy, and Alexa built-in makes navigating through apps super convenient. I do notice a slight lag sometimes when switching between apps, but nothing major. The DTS Virtual:X sound is decent for a small TV, though I might eventually pair it with a soundbar.Overall, a solid choice for bedrooms, guest rooms, or even dorms. Definitely recommend if you’re not looking to spend a ton but still want good quality.

Title: Wonderful TV, I love it!!
Review: This TV is amazing, beautiful picture quality and sound, I love it! I was used to the picture quality of the old Plasma TVs, I loved them but the one in my bedroom finally went bad so I took a chance on this one, I am amazed at the picture quality and sound, it went beyond my expectations. The Amazon Fire TV and apps that are installed work great. Its a great TV at a great price, would highly recommend!!

Title: Enjoy nature’s lights & the tv! No blackout required to see!
Review: Best quality viewing ever for well lit rooms! I have never had a TV where I can also enjoy nature lights or any lights & I have purchased a plethora of flatscreen in all types including 4k ect. This was supposed to be a lessor tv for a smaller room however I ended up moving my very new A newest model to the smaller room as it out performs in pictures quality. The only problem I have is the volume doesn’t stay consistent there is probably user error and I have yet to delive that deep. But it is loud you would never need a sound bar! And sometimes volume at 3 is high enough and I am extremely hard of hearing. It also arrive in one day after being ripped off by a different seller.

Title: You’ll get the same picture quality with a cheaper TV. Don’t get sucked in like i did.
Review: Nice enough TV. I have TVs that are 5 years old uhd and i don’t really notice a difference. Blacks aren’t any deeper. I could’ve spent $500 less and basically got the same experience. It is a Google smart TV which supposedly i can use with Google. Haven’t tried that feature yet but seems cool. Setup was annoying because the updating process kept interrupting my TV but once past that it works fine. No issues with the menu or anything. I just expected to be wowed by the picture quality and I’m just meh it’s good but the same as my uhd tv

Title: OK but not great TV
Review: Unfortunately, most manufacturers don’t put their top of the line features into smaller TVs. The space we had available would only fit at most a 40 inch TV, so this “quantum dot” model seemed to be the best solution available. The picture is good, but I don’t see a big improvement in color or brightness due to the quantum dots over a regular LCD TV. The viewing angle is reasonable, but the picture fades a bit at extreme angles. It’s only Full HD, not 4K, but that’s not a big deal with this size screen.The TV has two small legs for support, which may not work on a narrow base. I mounted the TV on this swivel tabletop stand, which was easy to attach and works well with the TV.The Fire TV software is not great. Often some of the apps get stuck in an endless buffering loop, even though we have a 1Gbs internet connection and the TV is right next to the Wi-Fi 6 router. Generally, restarting the TV fixes the problem until the next time, usually every day or two. It does interface with the Amazon Fire TV Soundbar using the eARC port and an HDMI cable. However, there is serious lag on the volume control, making it difficult to adjust the sound to the desired level.Overall there’s not a lot of choice in this TV size category. If you can fit a 43 inch or larger TV, you’ll get much better features.

Title: Great tv for a great price!
Review: I was impressed to see how BIG this tv is for the price. It’s very light weight and easy to put the legs for the stand on. The legs are on both sides instead of a stand in the middle, so it’s much more stable. The setup itself was very easy to do. The apps downloaded quickly and it was easy to sync with my existing Amazon account. The picture is very clear and crisp. When we need another tv, I will most definitely buy again!

Title: PIECE OF JUNK! DO NOT BUY
Review: UPDATE: Amazon didn’t do anything but email&call me yesterday letting me know that I had to contact Hisense who is the manufacturer. This did absolutely nothing to help me- or the issue with my T.V. AND I had to listen to an automated voice tell me 13 different things to do which did NOTHING to help my issue. HISENSE CUSTOMER support- NOTHING! There is NO SUPPORT at all. Again, DO NOT PURCHASE this T.V. READ the REVIEWS about how lousy the sound is or as in my case, it disappearing completely after less than 2 mos. WHAT A RIP OFF.I purchased this piece of junk for almost $300 on July 20th, 2025 – it is now less than 2mos later and the sound is completely shot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have contacted the manufacturer as per directed by Amazon, and will hope for a satisfactory fix for this. If they refund me, I will report satisfactory customer service and update my review. If Not I will be on the horn again with Amazon to make this right. The sound was awful from the start- blowing me out of seat when music was on, and yet hardly hearing the voices when there is talking. NOW at the 100 mark on the volume I can barely make out what is being said.
