Title: Awesome deal, great tv, easy set up.
Review: We bought this to replace a 5-year-old Jensen RV TV that died. Not only does it have plenty of connections, including a (rare for this price) optical audio for our sound bar. It also has identical menu/remote features (and some improved ones) that our Jensen had. While we didn’t appreciate having to drive to a hardware store to get the mounting screws for the wall mount, we love the TV, and the picture is great, even at 720p. Setup was a breeze, and very intuitive. For those interested in such things, you can turn this into a smart TV using a ROKU or similar device with the usb ports on the back. (despite some reviews, the unit we recvd had all the advertised connections).

Title: Great little TV and super easy
Review: Perfect little TV for my 86-year-old dad. It’s really sad that something that used to be so simple is now so complicated and expensive. This TV is great. He can just turn it in and watch. No menus, no figuring how to get back to what he watched yesterday, and it doesn’t make him feel dumb. The sound is a bit tinny, but we can live with that.Thank you, Westinghouse!

Title: Sound is terrible, sounds like a transistor radio!
Review: It’s a nice little Telly! Easy to set up, very nice picture, very lightweight and easy for one person to get it all ready to go. I think it only weighs about 4.5 pounds. I really think it would behoove them to beef up the speakers a little bit. It truly sounds like an old transistor radio. That is the main complaint.I am also having trouble getting my Fios remote take over the volume controller. It controls channel selection but not the sound, so I have to keep two remotes handy. Could have something to do with the terrible audio, which is as I mentioned is really poor quality and probably not compatible with other devices.Edit: After one week, I have learned to adjust to the audio shortcomings and find that the product was a very good buy for the price. I have also been reading comments about a sound bar and may look into this. This television replaced an early flatscreen 26″ WS Sharp AQUOS, pre-HDMI technology and heavy as a bear. The audio was stellar, so I had gotten a bit spoiled. All in all, I rate the new TV, 8/10

Title: Great Little TV
Review: This is just what I wanted! The description says it’s a smart TV, but it isn’t. I use it with my cable box, which has TIVO. I have all my recorded shows and the apps without the unnecessary menus. After turning it off and then turning it on, it starts on the channel I was watching last – no choosing the input or a smart menu. It is just a TV. How great is that? The picture is good and the sound quality is okay. I use it in my bedroom and I am quite happy with it. I recommend this TV for anyone who just wants a TV without all the extras.

Title: Do Not Buy!!! Westinghouse Terrible Company/Customer Service
Review: Westinghouse has been the worst television company I have EVER purchased from. We bought this small cheap television for a blind family member who though they cannot see, they enjoy listening to television. When we first opened the box and set the tv up, we noticed that the coaxial port on the box shook when twisting the cable on. However, since the picture worked, we thought nothing of it. 4 weeks later, this disabled family member calls me to tell me the tv stop working and they heard a popping sound. So when I get to their home, the cable had fallen out of the tv along with the coaxial port (it was still screwed into the cable and laying on the floor). I contacted Amazon who said there was nothing they could do because it was a month after the date of purchase. They recommended contacting Westinghouse because it would have a warranty. I contacted Westinghouse, they said the following verbatim in email “we only cover a warranty when the TV has a manufacturer defect. A TV that has a physical defect is not part of our manufacturer’s defect. Unfortunately. Due to this matter, we regret to inform you that we cannot honor your claim.” So your company manufactured a television with a faulty loose part, and you don’t consider that a manufacturer’s defect? This is nonsense. I call Amazon to complain, they said luckily you purchased an Asurion tv protection plan. I call them and they say the same thing “we don’t cover this type of defect”. It’s all a scam and they work together. Therefore, if you plan on buying this tv, I highly recommend that you don’t. Go with Sony, Samsung, or Insignia. I have had tvs with them for years and when I have a problem their companies either replace or repair your issue.

Title: Non-smart TV
Review: I was glad to find a non-smart TV that doesn’t require an Internet connection or any paid services. This one has a nice bright screen, clear images, and sound over headphones is great. The only problem I had was the little feet that support it, they are rather flimsy and not perfectly aligned. Hooking it up to AV, antenna and streaming device was a breeze. Energy efficient too.

Title: Awful sound
Review: It’s a nice non-smart TV with a good picture but an absolutely lousy sound. The screeching is awful and the sound cannot be adjusted to where it is acceptable. I don’t understand why Westinghouse is selling a product with such a glaring default. The only reason why we kept it is because it’s very difficult to find a 24 inch non-smart TV. To improve the sound, we finally bought an Amazon Fire TV soundbar on sale for $89 (now $119) bringing the price up to $211..Anybody thinking of buying this TV should consider of getting a soundbar.

Title: Excellent quality non-smart TV is perfect for an antenna use and elderly
Review: Can’t go wrong with the Westinghouse TV. Works great and because it’s not a smart TV you can use it with an antenna and it won’t just default to a smart TV functions. I bought this for an elderly friend and it’s easy for her to use because she does not have to go through the Internet to turn on the TV. The connectivity and functionality are excellent because they are not a smart TV grateful for an elderly person who just wants to watch antenna TV.

Review: Great small TV and decent cost. It has more inputs and outputs than many larger expensive TVs including three HDMI inputs. A very good remote control. Just the sound could be a bit louder. It has two sound outputs which I use with a small soundbar, for much improved sound quality.
