Title: There’s not much more 95% of users would need beyond this entry-level OLED panel.
Review: I’m an LG OLED fan admittedly, so take that into account if you’re readying this. I think they offer the most natural sharpness and color settings out of the box vs. the competition.I’ve had an LG C2 for 3ish years as my main TV. It’s been a flawless experience. I use it primarily for gaming (PC, PS5, Switch 1 & 2) and video streaming. Our secondary TV, a cheap LCD TCL model, started having weird glitches when streaming off a few different apps and we decided it was time to upgrade it.The C-series was a little out of our budget for a secondary TV, but when the B-series went on sale, it hit the budgetary sweet spot. It looks almost exactly the same as our C2, and it must have a slightly better processor because boot time and app loading times are a bit snappier on the B5.The only notable difference is that the C2 offers a 12-bit color depth vs. a 10-bit color depth on the B5. I only noticed this when attaching it to my gaming PC and tinkering with my graphics card settings. I don’t notice a difference in practice. The built-in speakers offer a bit more low end than our C2 as well and, being that it’s a secondary TV, we’re perfectly happy using those.I would have no hesitation recommending this TV with this feature set for a casual gamer or people wanting a high quality TV viewing experience in a low-mid brightness room. If you’re in a room that gets really bright, there are probably better options.

Title: Love this tv!
Review: I absolutely love this tv. Great picture, decent speakers, and fit my budget. It’s a huge upgrade from what I have. Getting it set up was easy, and I was able quickly download all and login to all the streaming apps I use.

Title: Perfect T.V.! Never going back!
Review: First time OLED buyer switching from a Samsung crystal UHD. As an avid home video collector, this T.V. Is great! Perfect blacks, 4k UHD is incredible, although I don’t have a Dolby vision player to take advantage of it, the hdr is a welcome boost! Even streaming films (pictured in images 3 & 4) through prime look fantastic and for the price (and size of it: 83!”) that I bought it, I’m never going back to a regular LED.

Title: Outstanding pictures and sounds.
Review: This tv has a far better, and brighter picture, a good sound, and, a much faster operating system.I especially like that OLED tv’s no longer need a break in period. This is a great tv that I am proud to recommend to anyone. It is a night/day difference between this, and other, cheaper sets that I have owned.

Title: Great Picture Quality, Worst Remote I Have Ever Used
Review: Great picture quality spoiled by egregiously terrible remote and unprofessional customer service. The remote that comes with this TV is both a pointer (like a “Wii mote”) and a traditional remote that you can navigate with directional arrows. The pointer, similar to an old-school Wii mote, is very shaky and takes a lot of precision to point at exactly what you want. Meanwhile, when you use the directional arrows, the pointer keeps coming back and overriding what you’ve trying to select (because it “thinks” you’re pointing at something).LG customer service just says to set the remote down if you don’t want to use the pointer, but that the pointer cannot actually be turned off under any circumstances, so it automatically turns back on the second that you pick up the remote. Does LG not understand that people typically pick up remotes to use them, even before pointers existed? So LG is essentially forcing you to use a shaky, imprecise pointer.

Title: Beautiful Color!
Review: We really enjoy this LG55. We have a LG65 also. I find the remote basically worthless other than to turn the television on and off. Our provider has one that is all voiced controlled. So we turn it on and use the providers remote. As for color LG simply cannot be beat. We have noticed each channel the volume is a little different and during commercials the sound goes so low one can verily hear them which as far as I am concerned is a positive. Installation was a breeze. Our son did it all in a matter of minutes.

Title: Best Replacement For An Older Plasma If Picture Quality Matters
Review: I bought the LG 65″ class OLED TV as a replacment for my 15 year old Plasma TV. I dont do any gaming and I dont specifically seek out 4k shows so 4K is really overkill for me considering more than 90% of all TV programs (broadcast/cable, sports, etc) are still at best, 1080p. But the LG upscales them from 1080p to 4k and it works flawlessly and the end result is a picture probably better than you can get from any other television (OLED is probably the best thing out there, especially under $1000).My only complaint is probably the same you would find with every other hdmi-ported tv. The hdmi cables just hang off the back (or side) of the tv and if yours is wall-mounted (like mine) and, if you routinely telescope the TV away from the wall, the cables will move around at the port connection eventually causing a loose-connection problem between the cable and the TV’s hdmi port. So you ultimately have to come up with a way to secure the hdmi cables to the back of the tv.Other than that, the TV arrived in 48 hours after purchase and the box had no damage and there are no dead pixels so I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Title: Perfect for the budget compared to C series!
Review: Crisp, sleek, and beautiful. Upgraded from a 2012 65in aoros to this and it is amazing. I kinda do wish the remotes had the solar panel charging like my Samsung tv.
