Title: Great Value for Mid Range Model
Review: Great value, it’s not a high end model but far better than a budget TV. A really nice middle ground for a second living/media room. Picture is solid, but probably as important, there is almost no lag with the Home Screen interface and navigation. That’s my biggest gripe with budget TV models. This model fit our needs perfectly without breaking the bank going to the QNED C-level price point.

Title: Excellent…except for the remote
Review: I wish I could give 4-1/2 stars…. The picture is bright and beautiful. It handles sports and auto racing without a hitch.Color is brilliant and customizable.Easy enough to set up, but documentation is sorely lacking……… the “Manual” doesn’t tell you much, and no info on line for the 2025 models. And the manual for the remote is useless.Occasionally when I turn it on, the sound had changed the setting back to the internal speakers rather than the Sony AV receiver that I have connected. All on its own….A bit annoying, but simple enough to correct.WORST thing about it is the remote……… I do not like the sound up/down/mute bar………. Needs a separate Mute button. And, due to the lack of a number pad, you are unable to set up Quick Access to your favorite apps. Again, annoying. But, I had to kiss a few other frogs before finding this Princess……..

Title: Great so far.
Review: I got this a few days ago and it’s been great so far.I use the vivid setting and the picture looks really good. The audio is on the game setting because it sounded the best to me. The default sound was like they were in a hallway and if I’m not mistaken the default setting was the AI audio setting.I play games on a PS5 and it looks good on this TV so if you are a gamer you will not be disappointed.I’m hoping this one will last longer than the Samsung I had which the screen was burning out on one side after only two years. We have another LG in the bedroom and it’s working perfectly after four years and hopefully this one will too.I’ll update this if there is an issue and hopefully it will be a while.Just wanted to put in my two cents.

Title: Great TV
Review: Fabulous picture, so clear and lifelike. My neighbor set up and it took about an hour. It was compatible with Netflix, Amazon Prive Video and Apple TV+. We died the Dish Network which I subscribe to. I’m so glad that I had assistance for set up. The remote is paired with my sound bar and is easy to use.

Title: 100% Worth Buying
Review: So far this TV is amazing. Vibrant colors, good sound, xbox app built in to play games (among other gaming apps). Works with Alexa has AI to improve sound and picture quality automatically. We love it.

Title: You CANNOT mute this TV with one click.
Review: The TV itself is fine. DO NOT buy this TV if you expect to be able to mute the volume. You CAN’T. The remote cannot be used to mute the TV with one click. The remote shows a picture of the mute symbol, but when you press the volume button, it does not mute. You have to hold the rocker town to get to mute one volume number at a time. I spent HOURS researching and emailing them and nothing can be done. I will never buy another LG TV again, nor any other branch that doesn’t mute from the remote in one click. They suggest you can use Alexa to mute – you hold down the Alexa button, WAIT for it to acknowledge you with the the blue line across the bottom of the screen, then it may or may not hear you ask for mute, even if only a few feet away. You can use their remote app on your phone, for free, but wait – the mute button on this app does not work unless you pay $39.95 per year!!! You can go to the LG app to mute, but only one person can use it unless you grant permission in a very complex way. Even then, when you need to mute, you have to face ID or log into your phone, navigate to their app and then mute. By then the annoying reason you wanted to mute has passed. I even asked AI – WHY??? They said that LG is “going in this direction based on consumer feedback” – from WHO? Certainly no one who watches football. The football channels have very few commercials that are played at EVERY single break and no one wants to hear them that often. WHY was this done? I even asked LG AND Amazon if I could return the TV. No response from LG and Amazon said that I could have a full refund and return the TV (now hanging on my wall, not easy to do when all the packaging is already gone), OR, I could have a “partial refund and keep the TV”. Why would they do that? How much of a partial refund you ask – $75.49. Why? Because it is exactly the amount you need to buy a DIFFERENT remote with mute. That says this is a known issue. Please tell me that having no mute button is not the future of our smart TV watching. That is not smart – that sets us back 100 years.

Title: Bait and switch
Review: I ended up returning because it didn’t meet my expectations. I blame LGs marketing as they put out the Qned85, which has a full array of backlights for local dimming. However this Qned85a is a bait and switch, almost imposible discern in its name, marketing, and published specs, yet it has an inferior edge lit design with much worse contrast and therefore picture quality. I’m only glad that Amazon picks these up at your door and not make you take them to the UPS store
