Title: Samsung has done it again.
Review: Even better than I hoped for. This television really delivers. Excellent picture and sound. The ability to have art showing when it’s off is a big plus. It really looks like a framed picture. Programming was a piece of cake. The One box made hooking it up so easy. Can’t say enough good things about The Frame.

Title: Looks like a piece of art
Review: Looks amazing! This frame tv is great. We purchased this for our daughter’s apartment as a Christmas and moving in gift. She loves it. The quality of the picture is wonderful. It was easy to mount. The frame makes its look like art work. Sound quality is very good as well.

Title: I’m a week in and HATE this TV!!! Literally angry that I bought it
Review: Samsung Hijacked My TVThis TV looks amazing on the wall, sleek, modern, impressive display. But the second you turn it on, it becomes a total nightmare.Let’s start with the most maddening part: Samsung TV Plus. It force-launches constantly. I’ve turned off every setting you can imagine: Autorun Smart Hub, Last App, Samsung TV Plus, Ambient Mode… all OFF. I even deleted every channel. Doesn’t matter. Every time I go into settings, just to adjust something simple, it blasts Samsung’s “Live TV” content at me. Usually it’s something I’d never watch (Fox News or country music, in my case), and there’s no way to make it stop. It’s like Samsung designed this TV to be their advertising platform first, and your personal entertainment system second. And then there’s the art problem. This model clearly has some kind of Art or Ambient Mode, because it keeps showing a random Superman artwork I never asked for. But guess what? You can’t change it without signing up for a paid Samsung Art Store membership. I didn’t buy this TV to be forced into a subscription just to stop it from showing content I don’t want on my own screen. Even uploading your own images is a convoluted mess that requires using a separate app on your phone and syncing it via SmartThings. So to recap:✅ Great picture❌ Total loss of control❌ Constant forced ads and unwanted content❌ Can’t even change the art without jumping through hoops or paying extraUnless you love battling your own TV and being bombarded with content you didn’t choose, do not buy this model. I’ve wasted way too much time trying to wrestle control back from a device that should have just… let me watch what I want.

Title: Great TV for Light Filled rooms and Art Feature is Awesome.
Review: This is our second purchase of a Samsung “The Frame” TV, and we are fans. We have installed both in light-filled rooms with lots of windows; we don’t get glare, and the Art feature, when it’s off, is gorgeous. Highly recommend the 65″ size for the art and TV viewing. The Samsung connects to the Power Box via a very subtle, clear wire. No black cords hanging down. We had this professionally mounted, and I highly recommend it to keep it level. Our purchase came with the white bevel frame, which we were unsure of but love.

Title: Beautiful ! Treat yourself to one of these , Don’t rush the Mounting , take your time
Review: Could not be happier as we caught a Prime sale with free unpacking/setup and a bonus free frame for the TV . This is our second Samsung frame TV . These are quite special as they truly resemble art work when not in use , which makes for a much more aesthetically pleasing look in a room . In my opinion a big black screen on a wall is plane ugly !As far as mounting goes it was a bit cumbersome to get in a precise position . I watched a few online mounting videos which were helpful . The mounting brackets give some leeway yet I wasn’t able to locate a stud so i had to purchase some toggle brackets which worked out great . I did use the the mounting template and a level . GO SLOW and MEASURE multiple times prior to putting a lot of holes in your wall .

Title: Great TV but an extremely stressful experience
Review: The Good:- Purchased open box 55″ Frame TV from Walts TV which was great for the price- TV picture and performance is awesome for the price- The Samsung app experience is decent when compared with Roku (great) and Google (terrible)The Good to Know:- Be sure you remove the battery tab from the remote and charge it FULLY (via USB-C) before expecting anything (wow we struggled trying even 30min of charging and the remote blinking red and doing nothing. You’ll know it’s charged when the red charge light goes out.)- Use a fine microfiber cloth to clean the screen, you may need to slightly dampen it to get fingerprint oil off- Use clean latex gloves etc. when handling the TV to avoid printsThe Bad & Ugly- In general, for such an expensive TV, the setup instructions were lacking on some obvious stuff to help get things going faster- For us, experienced in mounting TVs and light carpentry, the phillips head screws could lock in studs HARD before they are in all the way. It’s terrible and easy to round out the screw head if you’re not careful backing it out. I’ve seen this issue elsewhere, we ended up using custom, flush top hex screws to hold the mount securely.- If you get art for the Frame TV from Etsy etc., upload them one-at-a-time, otherwise you lose the ability to not have a matte border – bulk uploads lose this for some reason. So can’t give it a full 5 stars, TV is great, the deal from Walts was great, but sheesh, just the small stuff really added more stress than expected.

Title: Excellent product
Review: Love the TV! The remote is really made for little people or kids (tiny). If only we could get the frames for the TV less than 2 thirds the cost of the TV, we’d be in business. *****Note***** I already knew this and was prepared, but apparently other reviewers did not. The guts of the TV are a separate box, you need to make sure you have an area to put it. My TV is on a stair wall and I located the box on a shelf under the stairs.

Review: Hanging on old, not flat wall was tricky: but I loosened the hanging points a little and now it is snug. A nice addition to the wall. Setup was easy, needs a Samsung smart things account. The wire routing to the external TV controller box is ok, but the wires do not clip in to it, which means you need three hands while hanging to make sure they stay in the routing location. Stores 30 of your own prints, with no need for the optional subscription for famous artwork.
