Title: Good product
Review: Bought this for a conversion van. With other TVs I had an issue where because the TVs were being looked at from below they would go dark. This one does not have that issue. The speakers leave something to be desired but that doesn’t bother me much because I have hooked up to a secondary sound system. This is a perfect TV for going into a vehicle where the TV is mounted up high

Title: Remote stopped working in the first week.
Review: Very frustrating only had the tv for 8 days and the remote stopped working. The remote will on turn TV on/off. I can turn the TV with the button on the TV but I can’t select any apps, turn the volume up or done or change channels.One star be the tv works and it was fun watching when it lasted. I am be returning the tv.

Title: Sound system is inadequate
Review: I bought this little TV to have on the kitchen counter while I am working in the kitchen. Positives: tiday little size, stable, vibrant colors, sharp screen resolution. Set up was super easy, I was worried this would be difficult for me but once I started the set-up it pretty much completed it without my help. Navigating the channels is easy, though I would like to have a different controller – this one is too complex with too many options which are unnecessary.What’s not good – the sound quality. I can understand some channels (like You Tube) quite easily, but others are extremely difficult to make sense of, Among these are the big movie channels I use, like Netflix, Prime, Hulu. For some movies thesound quality is so poor that I actually need to stoop cooking, walk over to the TV and try to understand what’s being said, often that doesn’t work either. This is disappointing because my intention was to work away in the kitchen with the TV in the background and be able to completely understand the dialog in a show. Without that, what good is this TV to me? Here is a suggestion, go to yourlist of Returns and Orders, next to this TV it will say “Get Product Support.” Here you will find some DIY strategies to improve the sound quality. I haven’t done this myself because honestly I just don’t have the time. Bottom line: there have got to be better options

Review: Tengo enbuso esta smartv y funciona de maravilla,no me convencian los comentarios porque varios decían que su sonido era bajo y no es así esta bien de acuerdo al tamaño de la tv y estable y se oye perfectamente, otro era para descargar algunos programas y también no es así esta perfecta, yo la conecte directo a Internet con cable y le compre su antena y no tengo ningún problema yo estaba pensando en regresarla pero no estoy encantado con ella porque tiene todo lo que una pantalla grande tiene pero en pequeña, le voy a poner una pequeña barra de sonido para darle un toque más especial se lo merece porque me encanto, se ve elegante y sencilla
